What we like about the house:
The light that filters in throughout the day is very pleasant. The skylights make it light and bright. The Florida room in the back of the house also lets in a lot of light and has an inviting feel. The shady backyard is great for a bbq or a kid's play area. If you have a dog, it would be great too. I also like the way the backyard is oriented away from the neighbors, it feels private. Nobody's porch is directly behind your patio area. The trees in the backyard have a canopy feel and we had them all trimmed up earlier this year. The gate on the right side of the home is custom built and over sized to allow for a riding mower if you have one. All the landscaping is brand new and hardy. The left side of the yard could accommodate and RV or a boat or a trailer if the fence was extended out a bit. That is a nice feature so you do not have to pay for storage on an item such as one of those. The split plan master bath has a river rock floor in the shower which is very pretty and has been sealed three times with natural stone sealer. The bathroom cabinets are a dark gray with light quartz tops and matching mirrors. The Kohler bathtub is extra deep to allow an adult to take a bath. It also has a modern shape to it. The bathroom wall tile is a large subway style ceramic tile...same in both bathrooms and was also sealed along with the grout. I really like the kitchen because of the countertops. They are a silestone type material...solid surface. They look like soapstone but are much more resilient and all new cabinets. The bar height counter opposite the sink allows for seating as you can see in the pictures. This house is move in ready!
