The home is a double 23 X 35 with a 10 X 20 Florida Room on the back facing the lake. It is a Twin make and the year is 1977. The shed under the carport has been expanded by closing in 3 walls and adding 2 doors. That turned a 10 x 7 shed into a 12 x 14 shed. I have built in a lot of storage shelves in this new shed. I currently use it as a storage workshop.
All of the original subfloor is plywood and not particle board. The wiring throughout is copper and not aluminum. These must have been a factory upgrade. There is a storage compound for the larger toys. In there are boats, RVs and the such. It currently costs 75$ a year for my 16 boat. Boating is allowed on the lakes. There can be no gasoline powered anything. Jon boats with trolling motors and paddle boats are popular. I love to run my R/C boats on the lakes. It always draws a crowd on the shore. I will include one of my boats in this purchase if you want me to. Fishing is allowed on a catch and release basis. All 5 lakes are connected with underground swails. There is a spillway so the lakes do not flood the properties during uncommon rain events.
Residents must pass a background and credit check to be approved by the park. The cost is 50.00 per person. This is a 55 and older park. The resident classifications are mainly retired and working class. One member of the family must be 55. There are a few rentals in the park also.
Our (Your) backyard measures 50 x 50. The neighboring homes are set back towards the lake more, leaving a smaller backyard space. There are a total of 986 homes in Buccaneer Estates. All are double wide.
My Lot rent on the lake is currently 807 per month. Lawn maintenance is included but you must trim and weed eat your own property. Water and sewer cost about 40 per month. Shared property tax is 35 per month. Trash is 14 per month, paid to Buccaneer Estates.
