• It's very important to upload at least one photo with your listing. Our statistics show that listings with a photo receive up to 10 times the number of page views than listings without a photo. If you do not have a digital photo, mail your images to us to scan.
  

  Photos should be in .jpeg format and be no more than 350KB each. Larger photos take a long time to download and site visitors will quickly "hit their back-button" if they have to wait too long to see a page.

  If you are unsure about your photos, please email the photos to us and we will gladly correct their size and format so they download quickly.

• If your city is not listed in our categories, you can put your listing in "OTHER" or email us and suggest a city to be added.
  
  
• Be very detailed. Include descriptive text about your property for sale - Highlight the best features. Always include the property address, number of bedrooms and baths, square footage and lot size. Some examples of great selling points are:

  • Close to Shopping and Entertainment
  • Close to Lake or Beach
  • Hardwood Floors
  • Appliances that stay

• It's always best to give too much detail than too little. And don't worry if you don't have all the information at that time. You can always go back and make changes to your listing as you need to.
